The hotel is in the street too much inside and the toilet was like old village and no tap system for water you need to fill the bucket and take it to toilet not good hotel

I have loads of BITES because there were insects in the room. And these insects literally BIT my arms. I have blood stains all over my arms. ITS DISGUSTING. IM SO ANGRY. A bunch of ugly Indonesian kids were so noisy. They were screaming all day all night. From 4am in the morning up until 12pm at night. I couldn’t get any rest. I was literally exhausted. My eyes were tired from no sleep. I literally felt drained. It was too much. They were like *******.

The service was the best the boy was sweet and shampoo was provided I was thankful

Very noisy environment with noisy kids who were screaming all day all night from 4am to midnight they were so loud and screaming was high pitch. it was such a horrible environment I couldn’t get any rest. I didn’t like the kids they were like animals. They had no manners just scream scream scream. It was too much. My rest and my peace was disrupted. This continued and continue and no one was able to stop the screaming. It was unbearable I hated every second of it. Worst nightmare to stay with those animals.

I AM SO ANGRY THERE HAS BEEN SO MUCH NOISE ALL DAY. THESE KIDS TRIED TO COME INTO MY ROOM. THEY WERE SLAMMING ON MY DOOR. THEY KEPT TRYING TO STARE AT ME. THEY KEPT TRYING TO COME INTO MY ROOM WHEN I WAS SLEEPING. THEY HAVE NO RESPECT. THEY HAVE NO MANNERS. THEY HAVE NO CONSCIENCE. THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR OTHER PEOPLE. FROM 4AM IN THE MORNING TO 12PM MIDNIGHT THERE HAS BEEN SCREAMING. THERE HAVE BEEN SO MANY KIDS RUNNING ABOUT AND SCREAMING. IT HAS BEEN DRIVING ME CRAZY. THIS IS NOT A SCHOOL. THIS IS NOT A SCHOOL PLAYGROUND. THIS IS NOT A ZOO. HOW DARE THEY INVITE SO MANY KIDS INTO A PUBLIC PLACE. THIS IS A HOTEL NOT A SCHOOL. ITS REALLY UNACCEPTABLE. IT HAS BEEN SO NOISY ALL DAY LONG. THIS IS NOT A JUNGLE ZOO. THESE KIDS 25 KIDS IS TOO MUCH. 1 or 2 kids is okay but 25 KIDS IS TOO MUCH RUNNING ABOUT SCREAMING LIKE THIS IS A SCHOOL. AND THE SMELL IS SO BAD. THEY LEAVE MESS EVERYWHERE. THERE IS DIRT EVERYWHERE. ITS SO MESSY. ITS SO DISGUSTING. I AM DISGUSTED BY THEM. IT MAKES ME FEEL SO SICK. THE WAY THEY BEHAVE IS LIKE A BUNCH OF ANIMALS. THIS IS A HOTEL. THIS IS NOT AN ACCOMODATION FOR CHILDREN. THIS IS NOT A SCHOOL. I DONT KNOW WHY THEY WERE INVITED BUT SOMEONE NEEDS TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS BEHAVIOR. THEIR BEHAVIOR WAS LIKE THEY WERE ANIMALS. THERE WAS NO DISCIPLINE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. AND THERE WERE PESTS. THERE WERE BUGS ON THE FLOOR WHICH WAS GROSS. AND THE TOILET WAS REALLY GROSS.

I have no words for what happened last night and I am afraid to say. I am still in shock.

I can’t wait to feel safe again. I was bit shocked by what happened.

The service provided was the best shampoo was good the boy was really good. I am so grateful to him. Thank you 🙏
